Zachary E. Blair

Senior Associate

Zach Blair focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and securities litigation. He has experience litigating class actions and representing clients in regulatory investigations conducted by the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice. Mr. Blair has represented clients in a broad range of industries, including financial services, technology and non-profits, in federal court and state court. Mr. Blair also maintains an active pro bono practice, including in the areas of reproductive rights and immigration.

He previously clerked for the Honorable William F. Kuntz of the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. While in law school, Mr. Blair served as a law clerk for the US Senate Judiciary Committee in the office of Senator Patrick Leahy. He also worked as a legal intern in the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
