Wei Xiao is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on ongoing and transactional matters. During his time at law school, he interned for the Honorable O. Rogeriee Thompson of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and a public medical device company based in New Hampshire. Prior to joining the firm, he was a summer associate at another international law firm, where he focused on capital market transactions.
