Wei Xiao is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on ongoing and transactional matters. Prior to joining the firm, he was a summer associate at another international law firm where he focused on capital markets transactions. While in law school, he was a judicial intern for the Honorable O. Rogeriee Thompson of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and a legal intern at a medical device company.
