Webb Lyons

Webb Lyons focuses his practice on high-stakes investigations and complex litigation. He represents clients in both sensitive internal investigations and in government investigations, including by Congress. He also is an experienced litigator, having represented companies and individuals at various stages of litigation, and he provides strategic counsel to clients facing multifaceted challenges spanning law, business and public policy.

Mr. Lyons shares the firm’s commitment to pro bono work, with a particular focus on criminal justice and rule of law issues. He recently successfully represented a client in his effort to reduce his sentence for a crime he committed while a juvenile.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lyons served as a law clerk for the Honorable Vince Chhabria of the US District Court for the Northern District of California. While attending law school, he worked as a summer associate at the firm and at the White House National Economic Council.

Before pursuing his law degree, Mr. Lyons was the Director of Initiatives at the Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham, where he led the Foundation's work in a range of areas, including health, housing and community development. Prior to that, he served as the Assistant to the President at the National Alliance to End Homelessness.
