Tyler Carroll represents clients in high-stakes, complex commercial litigation and advises clients responding to government investigations and internal inquiries. Ms. Carroll represents a wide range of clients, including technology companies, financial institutions, healthcare institutions, and defense contractors.  She has experience handling all stages of litigation, including drafting motions, responding to discovery requests, defending depositions, oral argument and trial. She also has experience with the multifaced approach to white collar investigations, including document review and production, witness interviews and presentations to federal regulators. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Carroll was first a summer associate and then an associate at an American multinational law firm. She also previously worked as a paralegal.
