Tony Lee focuses his practice on complex litigation and appellate matters. Mr. Lee was previously a summer associate at the firm in 2019. Prior to rejoining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable P. Kevin Castel of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York and for the Honorable Denny Chin of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. 

He previously interned at the Criminal Division, Public Integrity and General Crimes sections of the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and worked as a coordinating legal analyst at another global law firm on white-collar defense and investigation matters as well as securities litigation in federal and state courts. 

While in law school, he was a student attorney at the Harvard Criminal Justice Institute, where he represented indigent clients in state criminal proceedings from arrest to disposition, including arraignment hearings, fact investigation, and motions practice.
