Tobi Henzer focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. She joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2022. She left the firm for a clerkship with the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court in 2024 before returning to the firm as an associate in 2025.

Ms. Henzer previously served as a judicial intern for the Honorable F. Dennis Saylor of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. During law school, she was a student prosecutor in Boston University’s Criminal Law Clinic, where she litigated on behalf of the Commonwealth. Before pursuing a legal career, Ms. Henzer completed a two-year term as a high school math teacher with Teach for America in Baltimore, Maryland.
