Tiffany Chan
Counsel
Tiffany Chan is counsel in the Litigation/Controversy Department and a member of the International Arbitration Practice Group. Ms. Chan acts as counsel in both commercial and investment treaty arbitrations and has advised clients on arbitrations under a variety of rules (including the UNCITRAL, ICC, LMAA and PCA rules), seated in various jurisdictions across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Ms. Chan is dual-qualified in New York and England & Wales and bilingual in English and Chinese.
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Chan was an associate at a leading international law firm in London and a leading US law firm in New York and Hong Kong, and a judicial clerk at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France.
