Tia Ray focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. She began her career at the firm as a summer associate in 2023.

During law school, Ms. Ray was a Law Clerk in the Enforcement Division of the US Securities and Exchange Commission. She also served as a research assistant for the Environmental & Energy Law Program at Harvard Law School. 

Before beginning her legal career, Ms. Ray had a nearly decade-long career in higher education.  In her role as an undergraduate admissions officer, she chaired an evaluation subcommittee covering ten states and led recruitment programming to reach prospective students.
