Tia M. Ray
Associate
Tia Ray focuses her practice on complex litigation, investigations, and government enforcement matters, with an emphasis on anti-discrimination and higher education. She joined the firm as a summer associate in 2023. Prior to law school, Ms. Ray spent nearly a decade working in higher education. In her role as an undergraduate admissions officer, she chaired an evaluation subcommittee covering ten states and led recruitment programming to reach prospective students.
During law school, Ms. Ray was a Law Clerk in the Enforcement Division of the US Securities and Exchange Commission. She also served as a research assistant for the Environmental & Energy Law Program at Harvard Law School.
