Thomas Lampert focuses his practice on complex and high-stakes business and intellectual property litigation. He has counseled prominent technology, automotive, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and banking companies involved in global disputes.    

Mr. Lampert has represented clients in cases featuring a variety of technologies, including microprocessor design and fabrication, computer software and smartphone applications, construction technologies, and automotive technologies. Mr. Lampert’s experience includes litigating multiple cases with damages demands in excess of one billion dollars from complaint to trial.  

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lampert was a judicial intern to the Honorable David A. Lowy of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. He was also a legal intern in the Public Corruption Unit of the United States Attorney’s Office in Boston. Prior to law school, Mr. Lampert spent time as a team leader and teacher with Teach for America in Mississippi and Arkansas.
