Theo Kim focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. He joined the firm as a summer associate in 2023.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kim was a legal intern for an employment law firm and a program fellow for the Cornell Defender Program, where he helped represent indigent criminal law defendants. Through Cornell Law School’s Gender Clinic, Mr. Kim assisted refugees of gender-based violence apply for asylum in the US. As a New York State Pro Bono Scholar, he also worked with Cornell’s Movement Lawyering Clinic to provide pro bono legal services to activists charged with criminal convictions in Georgia for their involvement with the Stop Cop City movement in Atlanta. Mr. Kim began his legal career as a litigation paralegal at a US-based firm that focuses on advocacy for those affected by mesothelioma.
