Tess Udall provides strategic counsel to clients responding to high-profile corporate crises and advises on government investigations and congressional oversight. She also provides regular risk management and regulatory compliance advice to philanthropies and donors. She maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on nonprofits, voting rights and immigration matters. 

Before joining the firm, Ms. Udall clerked for the Honorable Brian Boatright at the Colorado Supreme Court, where she was previously a judicial extern. During law school, Ms. Udall was a summer associate at a large global law firm. She was also a student attorney at the University of Colorado Environmental Law Clinic and a legal intern in the Colorado Attorney General’s Office. 

Prior to pursuing her legal career, Ms. Udall held senior roles on political campaigns and in business and public service organizations, including the White House.
