Talbot Child focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, securities litigation and regulatory and enforcement matters. He represents individuals and corporations in high stakes and bet the company disputes and investigations, with an emphasis on securities related claims and complex business disputes.

Talbot’s experience includes supporting clients through all stages of litigation, including early case assessment, motion practice and discovery. He also assists with internal investigations involving regulatory, compliance and corporate governance issues.

Talbot maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in matters ranging from tenants’ rights disputes to asylum and habeas proceedings.
