Sydney Warren advises clients on complex national security, defense, regulatory compliance, including governmental investigations and disputes. Ms. Warren also advises clients on matters related to sanctions administered by the US Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and export controls administered by the US Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS). 

Ms. Warren maintains an active pro bono practice focusing on immigration issues including humanitarian parole, asylum, and green card applications.
