Sundai Iott focuses her practice on complex intellectual property litigation. She represents technology and life sciences clients in high-stakes patent and trade secret disputes, with trial experience in US district courts, the International Trade Commission, and in inter partes review proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Iott is a registered patent attorney. 

Ms. Iott also maintains an active pro bono practice representing veterans, including preparing Combat-Related Special Compensation applications and requests for reconsideration.

She began her career at the firm as a summer associate in 2022. During law school, she was a judicial extern for the Honorable Susan Illston of the US District Court for the Northern District of California. Ms. Iott served as the managing editor of the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal, senior symposium editor of the Santa Clara Law Review and president of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association.

Before attending law school, Ms. Iott worked as an intellectual property paralegal.
