Sara Hershman focuses her practice on complex intellectual property matters. Ms. Hershman has represented clients in cases involving a wide range of technologies. She has also represented clients in general commercial litigation, securities litigation, products liability litigation, ERISA litigation, and private antitrust matters. Ms. Hershman has experience with all phases of litigation, including pre-suit assessment, document discovery, taking and defending fact and expert depositions, motion practice, trial, and appeal. She is experienced in trial strategy, regularly represents clients in several different areas of law before federal and state courts and arbitrators, and has taken direct and cross examination in federal court. 

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Hershman was a litigation associate for an international law firm and clerked for the Honorable Mary M. Schroeder of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
