Senior Associate

Sam Callaghan focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. He began his career at WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2017.

Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Callaghan served as a legal intern in the Client Services Department of the Medicare Rights Center in New York, where he focused on Medicare coverage and enrollment issues. 

Before embarking on his legal career, Dr. Callaghan received a PhD from Georgetown University.  As a PhD candidate in Chemistry, Dr. Callaghan investigated drug resistance mechanisms in malaria.
