Rick A. Ingram

Rick Ingram represents and counsels clients facing legal challenges at the intersection of government, business and law. Mr. Ingram represents clients in high-profile congressional investigations and hearings, internal investigations and litigation. Additionally, Mr. Ingram maintains an active pro bono practice, including significant work on election law, voting rights and other constitutional issues. 

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Ingram was a litigation associate at a law firm in New York and a summer clerk for the North Carolina Supreme Court. He also previously served as a public school teacher with Teach For America.
