Rebecca Mooney focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. She joined WilmerHale as an associate in 2024.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mooney worked at another global law firm and the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice (DOJ) as a paralegal. During law school, Ms. Mooney assisted the Wrongful Convictions Clinic and the International Human Rights Clinic, specializing in issues of unlawful arrest and detention. She also worked overseas with an NGO where she helped petition the United Nations Special Procedures regarding violations of international human rights law.
