Rafael Gallardo Hevia focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. He has experience with appellate and trial-court litigation.
During his clerkship for the Honorable Allyson K. Duncan for the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, Mr. Gallardo Hevia received a certificate for distinguished service to the court. He also clerked for the Honorable Susan G.
