Rachel Gu focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Gu served as a summer associate at a law firm, where she supported a motion to dismiss a trade secrets complaint, prepared interview outlines for a hospital investigation, and researched estate tax issues. She also worked as a summer associate at WilmerHale, where she analyzed expert reports for deposition preparation, researched patent law issues, and contributed to an amicus brief filing to the US Supreme Court.

Ms. Gu previously held internships at a law firm, Medtronic and Amgen. In 2026, she will be a law clerk for the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
