Peter O’Neill focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. O’Neill clerked for Judge Mark R. Hornak of the US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and served as a judicial extern for Judge Robert E. Bacharach of the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. 

During law school, he worked as a legal extern for the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office, where he drafted legislation, and conducted research on nonprofit fiduciary duties, open-meeting laws, municipal regulatory authority and constitutional issues related to firearms. He was also a Summer Associate at WilmerHale.
