Peter Merritt focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. He previously was a law clerk to the Honorable Lewis Kaplan of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. 

During law school, he was a legal intern for the Yosemite National Park Legal Office and a member of the law school’s Board of Student Advisers. He previously worked for the National Governors Association and as a corporate legal assistant for another large international law firm in New York.
