Olu Oisaghie focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. He initially joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2022.

While in law school, he represented veterans in matters involving racial discrimination and disability-related claims, including Monk v. United States. He also drafted litigation materials for federal and state courts, including a petition for certiorari to the US Supreme Court and a brief to the DC Court of Appeals. In addition, he authored articles analyzing the impact of the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision on health data privacy.

Before returning to the firm in 2025, he served as a policy advisor on the Domestic Policy Council of the Biden White House.
