Olivia Tayback focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. She joined WilmerHale in 2023 as a summer associate.

Before joining the firm, Olivia was a summer associate at a trial and appellate boutique firm. While in law school, she participated in the UCLA Documentary Film Legal Clinic, where she advised filmmakers on a variety of issues from copyright to contracts. She also co-chaired the LetsGo! Liberation Legal Clinic, a student-run legal aid clinic that partners with the Los Angeles LGBT Center.
