Noelle Higginson focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. Since joining the firm, she has worked on several commercial litigation cases, advised clients in the financial services industry, and handled pro bono immigration matters. During law school, Ms. Higginson served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Caitlin Halligan of the New York Court of Appeals and as an extern with the Civil Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. Ms. Higginson was also a summer intern at the US Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Money Laundering and Asset Recovery Section and a summer associate at WilmerHale. Prior to law school, Ms. Higginson was a paralegal at a firm in New Orleans, Louisiana, and an intern investigator at the Orleans Public Defenders.
