During law school, Ms. Koonce served as a legal intern in the Office of General Counsel at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and as a student-attorney at Columbia University’s Science, Health and Information Clinic. Before law school, she worked as a paralegal in the Appeals Bureau of the New York County District Attorney’s Office and as a judicial intern at the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
