Nicole Castillo provides strategic counsel to clients on a range of internal investigations, crisis management matters and government inquiries. She has experience responding to federal and state regulators, including on matters arising from transportation and industrial incidents; conducting workplace culture reviews; and advising on compliance programs. 

Before joining the firm, Ms. Castillo externed at the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and various public defender offices in New York City.

Ms. Castillo was selected as a Fulbright Scholar and taught at Abdelmalek Essaâdi University in Morocco.
