Nickole Medel Spraker focuses her practice on complex litigation matters and providing strategic counsel to clients responding to high-profile corporate crises, government investigations, and congressional oversight. She began her career at WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2018.

While pursuing her legal education, Ms. Spraker was a judicial intern for the Honorable Robin Meriweather of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and for the Honorable Florence Pan of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.

Prior to law school, Ms. Spraker worked as a Senior Research Assistant for the Healthy Beginnings Project, where she focused her research on care practices and policies for incarcerated pregnant women and recidivism reduction efforts.
