Associate
Nelson Castaño is an associate who represents clients in a variety of complex litigation matters. He was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Castaño was a student advocate with the Civil Rights Clinic at New York University School of Law, where he represented a client in an employment discrimination mediation, co-authored two amicus briefs, including one submitted to the Supreme Court, and wrote legal memoranda regarding government transparency. Mr. Castaño was previously a legal intern with the New York Civil Liberties Union and a research associate with the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University School of Law.
