Molly Silva focuses her practice on complex litigation. She was a summer associate in 2021. 

Prior to joining the firm, she was a law clerk at another firm in Los Angeles. Ms. Silva previously worked in the Public Defenders office in Los Angeles County. She is a member of the board of directors of Restorative Community Solutions, a California-based non-profit that provides trauma-informed services to individuals transitioning back into society from institutionalized settings.
