Michele R. Cusi focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cusi served as a research assistant to Professor Joseph Fishkin at the UCLA Law Library, where he synthesized legislative history and judicial scholarship into memoranda tracing the development of constitutional philosophies.

Before law school, Mr. Cusi worked at Partners for Trauma Recovery in Berkeley as an assistant clinical coordinator and program assistant. In that role, he developed a client database to track asylum case progress, drafted reports for grant proposals using state and local data and created training resources to help clients access financial support from the California Victims Compensation Board.
