Michael Clarke is a DA&I attorney on the WilmerHale DiscoverySolutions team. He joined the firm in 2024. 

Mr. Clarke focuses on his practice on e-discovery matters and management of electronically stored information (ESI) in the context of litigation, regulatory proceedings and internal investigations. Specifically, he works with other attorneys, litigation support coordinators, and paralegals in order to provide efficient and cost effective discovery in litigations and investigations. Attorneys on these teams manage matters to create smarter document review processes through strategic and tactical work from preservation to collection and through review and production. In this role they utilize the firm's internal review software as well as e-discovery vendors' review and analytical tools.

Mr. Clarke has direct experience managing across all components of e-discovery. His past work has included advising clients in strategic planning for responding to discovery requests in both civil matters and internal investigations to review workflow design and management. Mr. Clarke has also advised on litigation response strategies, the implementation of defensible collection practices, use of technology assisted review and analytics and project management of electronic discovery matters including managing large scale document reviews and data disposition efforts.
