Micah Fielden is a litigator who advises clients on matters related to securities litigation and enforcement. He has handled complex civil litigation related to securities, insurance, contract and ERISA matters. Mr. Fielden also has experience counseling clients in response to congressional inquiries and has advised on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Foreign Agents Registration Act compliance.

Mr. Fielden is also engaged in an active pro bono practice. At another firm in New York City, where he served as a litigation associate for nearly two years before joining WilmerHale, he advocated on behalf of a putative class of veterans before the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. The putative class was challenging the unreasonable delays in adjudication of benefits appeals.

While in law school, Mr. Fielden spent a semester clerking for Senator Mike Lee, US Senate Committee on the Judiciary, and competed as a member of Georgetown’s Mock Trial team.
