Melissa Zubizarreta represents clients facing complex litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Ms. Zubizarreta worked at the firm as a litigation project assistant and a legal recruitment intern. Ms. Zubizarreta also worked in the National Courts Section at the Department of Justice where she helped draft legal briefs and recommendations and worked with attorneys for trial preparation. While pursuing her law degree, Ms. Zubizarreta participated in Georgetown University Law Center’s asylum clinic (Center for Applied Legal Studies), where she successfully argued her client’s claim for asylum.
