Max Atkins focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. Before joining the firm, he interned in the Telecommunications Access Policy Division at the Federal Communications Commission, where he contributed to policy revisions for Tribal libraries and the E-Rate program. 

He previously worked as a Financial Data Analyst at Clearwater Analytics, leading internal data accuracy initiatives and training teams in the US, UK and India.
