Matthew Kahn focuses his practice on complex trial and appellate litigation matters across a wide array of subject matter.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Kahn clerked for the Hon. Julie Rikelman of the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the Hon. Allison D. Burroughs of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the Hon. Royce C. Lamberth of the US District Court for the District of Columbia. Before clerking, Mr. Kahn was an associate at a large law firm, where he represented clients in high-stakes trial and appellate litigation and cybersecurity investigations and disputes. He also served as executive editor of the Harvard National Security Journal and as associate editor of Lawfare.
