Martin McCormack represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including government and internal corporate investigations, and other criminal and enforcement matters.
Mr. McCormack has represented clients in civil and criminal investigations before the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other authorities. He has experience in matters related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, money laundering, and wire fraud. Mr. McCormack’s practice is international, and his clients include major multinational corporations and technology companies.
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. McCormack was a judicial extern to the Honorable Garrett L. Wong of the San Francisco Superior Court. Previously, he was a transaction management intern at Ladder Capital Corp. and a beat reporter for WFUV Radio in New York.
