Marisa DiGiuseppe focuses on complex litigation. She joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2020.

While in law school, Ms. DiGiuseppe worked as a law student representative at the USC Immigration Clinic, where she drafted briefs to support clients’ immigration claims, managed filings, and researched developing law regarding immigration policy. She successfully represented detained and non-detained clients in asylum proceedings before immigration courts, the Board of Immigration Appeal (BIA), and the Ninth Circuit. Ms. DiGiuseppe also worked as an assistant in the government relations practice of another global law firm, and served as a legislative intern for US Senator Dianne Feinstein.
