Before re-joining, Mr. Singh was a judicial extern for Justice Goodwin Liu for the California Supreme Court. Prior to this role, he was the Pennsylvania Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Director for Biden for President and worked in a leadership office in Congress.
