Makenzi Herbst focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, she was a summer associate at WilmerHale and a summer clerk at another law firm. While in law school, she was a Clinical Student at the Emmett Environmental Law and Policy Clinic and a Clinical Student at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.
