Magdalena von Albade focuses her practice on complex litigation and intellectual property matters. She previously clerked for the Honorable Esther Salas of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Prior to joining the firm, she was a student extern in The Legal Aid Society’s DNA Unit. She also worked as a legal patent intern at an American multinational pharmaceutical company, where she gained experience with the filing and prosecution of patent applications before the US Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. von Albade is a registered patent agent. 

Prior to law school, Ms. von Albade obtained a Master of Science degree in cell and molecular biology and was a graduate research assistant in the Fordham University Department of Biological Sciences.
