Lydia Turnage focuses her practice on defending class actions and complex civil litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels, with a particular focus on state consumer protection law, state and federal data privacy law, and federal antitrust law. Her litigation experience includes work for companies in a variety of industries, including financial services, insurance, health care, and technology companies. Ms. Turnage also maintains an active pro bono practice primarily in the area of reproductive rights, including as part of a litigation team that has successfully challenged multiple state laws restricting access to reproductive health care on state constitutional grounds.
