Lydia Bailey focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. She rejoined WilmerHale in 2025 after completing a clerkship with the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

While in law school, Ms. Bailey served as a summer law clerk for the Federal Trade Commission and as the president of Stanford Law’s Tax Pro Bono organization. Ms. Bailey also participated in Stanford’s Supreme Court Litigation Clinic. Prior to law school, she interned at Georgia’s Floyd County District Attorney’s Office.
