Kimberly Waters focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters before state and federal courts, including antitrust, securities, and commercial contract disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Waters was a law clerk for the Honorable LaShann DeArcy Hall of the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She previously was an associate at another international law firm.

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Waters served as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of Elementary Schools at Uncommon Schools, and served as a Fulbright Fellow in Brazil.
