Kimberly Chen represents clients in complex litigation matters and investigations. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Debra Ann Livingston of the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Edward R. Korman of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.  Ms. Chen graduated from Columbia Law School, where she was executive managing editor of the Columbia Law Review.
