Keith Kadilis is a DA&I attorney on the firm's WilmerHale DiscoverySolutions team, focused on substantive and strategic areas of discovery for Litigation/Controversy matters. He joined the firm in 2007.

Mr. Kadilis focuses his practice on issues of e-discovery. Specifically, he works with other attorneys, litigation support coordinators, and paralegals in order to provide efficient and cost effective discovery in litigations and investigations. Attorneys on these teams manage matters to create smarter document review processes through strategic and tactical work from preservation to collection and through review and production. In this role they utilize the firm's internal review software as well as e-discovery vendors' review and analytical tools.

From 2001-2006, Mr. Kadilis was a contract attorney with major firms in the Washington, DC area, including WilmerHale. In 2006, he served as corporate counsel to Lucent Technologies in Vienna, Virginia, where he assisted in post-merger development of Lucent subsidiary LGS Innovations LLC. Prior to his contract work, Mr. Kadilis was a litigation associate with another DC firm, where his practice focused on commercial litigation.
