Katie Moran has over a decade of experience representing companies around the world in a wide range of industries—including telecommunications, technology, social media, transportation, entertainment, healthcare, pharmaceutical, commodities trading and financial services—in high-profile and high-stakes criminal and administrative matters involving federal and state government investigations.  She represents corporate clients in multi-regulator investigations, including involving the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, FINRA and the National Transportation and Safety Board. She has experience in matters related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, crisis management, market manipulation, securities fraud, financial and accounting fraud, insider trading, wire fraud, anti–money laundering, and commercial disputes.
