Justin Mann focuses his practice on complex securities litigation and enforcement matters, as well as government and internal investigations. 

He regularly represents global corporations and financial institutions in investigations and enforcement proceedings before the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and other regulatory organizations. He also has extensive experience conducting internal investigations for public companies and financial institutions.

In addition, Mr. Mann has significant experience representing corporations and financial institutions in civil litigation matters in both federal and state court.

Mr. Mann also frequently represents pro bono clients in state court and federal immigration courts.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Mann worked for a national nonprofit mentoring and college readiness organization.
