Joshua Nathanson advises broker-dealers, securities exchanges and other financial institutions on a broad range of complex regulatory, compliance and enforcement matters. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nathanson interned with Cboe Global Markets and Fidelity Investments. While in law school, he counseled small businesses as a law clerk at the Institute for Justice Clinic on Entrepreneurship. He also researched securities and derivatives regulation both as a member of The University of Chicago Business Law Review and as a research assistant for Professor Joshua Macey.
