Josh Benson-Foley focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. He also maintains an active pro-bono practice and has represented recent immigrants seeking asylum, survivors of domestic abuse and veterans seeking discharge upgrades. 

Mr. Benson-Foley was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale and an intern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to law school, he taught middle school English for three years with Teach for America.
